Who We're Looking For 

We’re excited to add a Technical Architect to our Modern Workplace team. In this role, you’ll work with a team of customer-focused professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing and delivering end-to-end digital transformation. You’ll demonstrate strong technical competence and business acumen through engaging in technology decision-making discussions related to agility and business value surrounding Mergers & Acquisitions, M365 and Azure based solutions. You’ll empower other consultants by sharing subject matter expertise in large enterprise implementations, as well as overseeing delivery of large, complex, and strategic projects for enterprise customers. 

What You'll Do

• Work with clients to understand their business problems, generate technical architecture, and assist in setting solution scope while leading the client to a higher state of maturity. 
• Conduct strategic planning and roadmap development in collaboration with customers. 
• Lead in Mergers & Acquisitions projects, including O365 product movement, Microsoft licensing, security, compliance & end-point management.
• Develop and design architecture standards and best practices for End User Computing (EUC) environments that enhance user productivity and experience.
• Architect and deploy Intune solutions for device management, security, and compliance.
• Integrate Intune with existing systems and applications.
• Leverage Quest’s expertise in managing M&A technology transitions and tools for efficient Active Directory management, migration, and recovery.
• Implement Quest solutions for identity and access management.
• Ensure seamless directory synchronization across hybrid environments.
• Serve as an escalation point for project teams, helping them overcome roadblocks. 
• Drive projects to successful completion, ensuring client satisfaction. 
• Provide coaching and mentoring to other Architects and Engineers. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams during M&A activities.
• Manage project milestones, ensuring timely solution delivery. 
• Develop and drive team standards and assist with internal projects to mature the Modern Workplace solutions and Concurrency offerings.
• Author functional requirements and detailed technical design documentation. 
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and vendors. 

What You'll Need

• Passion for aligning technical solutions to customer and business needs. 
• Specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions scenarios, including EUC, Intune and Quest.
• Expertise migrating medium and large enterprise clients to M365 Modern Workplace.
• Experience in continuing and enhancing the maturity of the M365 enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with Quest or similar migration tools
• Broad understanding of on premise, online and hybrid architecture.
• Experience leading and executing within an Agile project methodology.
