In this role, you will

• As a Technical Architect at NFQ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our technical vision. You will work closely with multiple teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• To design, document, deliver innovative, cost-effective and efficient IT solutions for various type/size systems, and be fully aware of the integration, maintenance, and migration aspects;
• To be the escalation point for technical issues of all technical issues in the project;
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to support the development process;
• Communicating project technical issues and progress with clients and help clients in technical support;
• To support for pre-sales activities (technical proposal and estimation);
• To support recruitment in the company;
• To mentor and train developers from different teams to enhance their technical skills.

What you will bring

• English proficiency in both written and verbal.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Big Bonus:

• Experience leading the technical aspects of large-scale projects.
• Proven success in implementing and optimizing service-oriented or microservices architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and champion new technologies.
• Experience with industry regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO...).
