The Corporate Systems Team Europe, which is a part of Global Technology, is responsible for developments, improvements, hosting and maintaining of the Corporate Systems, like ERP and CRM systems and robotics and Atlassian Suite. We work each day together with our Business Partners to improve the systems, ensure a high quality and high availability of the systems. The focus is to support customer needs through our business partners each day.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic Data Engineering team. The team is responsible for integrating CRM, ERP, and marketing systems to automate and streamline processes across the organization. The goal of the integrations is to populate individual systems with data and create a Data Warehouse in Google Big Query that will be used as a single source of truth.

Your key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team on implement technical solutions. Working on system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Defining and documenting business needs and goals. Analyzing business requirements and determining the desired outcomes.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications. Converting business needs into specific technological solutions.
• Coordinating activities between business and developers team.
• Design and document integration solutions.
• Support users in using integrated systems.

Your experience:

• Experience in Business Analysis field
• Skills to solve problems without supervisory.
• Understanding how integration systems works
• Understanding of business processes and technology.
• Ability to translate business requirements into specific technical solutions
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems
• Ability to work in a team
• Presentation skills – the role is very often displayed to wider audition; the Analyst is exposed to contact with Business.
• A hands-on approach and creativity, think out of the box
• A positive and flexible attitude with great collaboration skills 
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
