Job Summary

The Technical Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all OEM documentation is current as applicable to templates in the CAMP Maintenance application and the company is also in compliance of the terms & condition / agreement regarding usage / distribution / storing of publication. Works closely with the CAMP Analyst(s), Manager and Data Support Services to ensure aircraft, engine(s) and appliance manufacturer and regulatory publications are implemented accurately and completely to create and maintain CAMP maintenance programs per aircraft model standards.

Responsibilities

• Download, assemble and review all pertinent aircraft documents and publications and associate with OEM maintenance task(s)
• Coordinate Semi-Annual Audits of templates with CAMP Analyst(s), Manager, and Data Support Services
• Should review the OEM publication terms and conditions to ensure usage compliance.
• Work with Director of Technical Service to find cloud solution to centralize OEM access data.
• Maintain CAMP Publications library
• Manage OEM login credentials (access and deletion of access) when employees join or leaves the company.
• With every renewal review the active profiles, subscription cost and any publication library changes.
• If any OEM agreement is near expiry then alert all stake holders and follow up for renewal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or three (3) years of experience directly related to aircraft maintenance or aircraft record keeping with a working knowledge of ATA specifications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Aviation publication and/or library management experience required.
• Must possess excellent communications skills (both written and verbal).
• Must be computer proficient (i.e. O365, Adobe).
• Some travel may be required.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $85,000 DOE (Depending on experience)
