Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • 4 years of experience in cloud or other technical implementation, connecting technology with business outcomes.
  • 2 years of experience in helping customers or internal colleagues align technical solutions with business needs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Cloud certifications related to AI/ML.
  • 2 years of experience in a formal training or enablement role.
  • 2 years of consulting or implementation experience focused on business outcomes with an enterprise business setting.
  • 2 years of experience with AI/ML solutions.
  • Experience implementing, industry best practices (e.g., Health Care, Financial Services, Retail, etc.).
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and how AI/ML can be applied to cloud-based technologies.

As a Technical Enablement Lead for the Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) team focused on the AI/ML pillar, you will develop and manage high quality technical learning experiences for GCC employees. You will work cross-functionally with Consulting delivery team members, Product Managers and Engineers, and technical specialists across the Google Cloud organization to create tailored learning experiences that help employees learn about AI/ML Google Cloud products, implementation design patterns, tools, and processes to help our customers achieve their goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000-$192,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with Field, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Developer Relations teams. Translate technical and business needs into role-specific training offerings and programs with a focus on just-in-time learning.
  • Oversee the development of technical training content by partnering with program managers, curriculum development teams, product managers, vendors, or other subject matter experts.
  • Deliver and support delivery of technical training for onboarding and ongoing enablement to technical field audiences.
  • Plan and execute key enablement events and academies and regularly facilitate classes to drive learning adoption in collaboration with program managers.
