We are seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Implementation team. As a Technical Implementation Analyst, you’ll collaborate with Filing Compliance Analysts, Insurance Product Managers and Engineers, with an ultimate goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses nationwide. What You’ll Do:Â
- Own the implementation of forms and rate changes for our Insurance products. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Â
- Create test plans, execute test cases, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Manage the implementation project timeline, tasks, and deliverables while working closely with cross-functional team members who are located in different time zones.
- Help to continue to improve and streamline implementation processes and deliverables.

What We Need:Â Â
- 2+ years experience as an operations, implementation, or project analyst.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Formulas and functions like VLOOKUP, MATCH, and IMPORTRANGE are your friends.
- Highly organized, process and detail-oriented. You’ll be juggling multiple projects and ensuring our products adhere to requirements - having a keen eye is essential.
- Solid communication skills - understanding your audience and adjusting your communication style. Able to speak to business as well as technical stakeholders.
- Tech savvy - able to identify and troubleshoot problems, and understand technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- Experience with JIRA, GitHub, or other similar software tools
- Personal standard for excellence: interest in finding better ways to do things
- Insurance industry experience

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
