Technical Implementation Analyst

We are seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Implementation team. As a Technical Implementation Analyst, you’ll collaborate with Filing Compliance Analysts, Insurance Product Managers and Engineers, with an ultimate goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses nationwide. What You’ll Do: 

• Own the implementation of forms and rate changes for our Insurance products. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.  
• Create test plans, execute test cases, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage the implementation project timeline, tasks, and deliverables while working closely with cross-functional team members who are located in different time zones.
• Help to continue to improve and streamline implementation processes and deliverables.

What We Need:  

• 2+ years experience as an operations, implementation, or project analyst.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.  Formulas and functions like VLOOKUP, MATCH, and IMPORTRANGE are your friends.
• Highly organized, process and detail-oriented.  You’ll be juggling multiple projects and ensuring our products adhere to requirements - having a keen eye is essential.
• Solid communication skills - understanding your audience and adjusting your communication style. Able to speak to business as well as technical stakeholders.
• Tech savvy - able to identify and troubleshoot problems, and understand technical concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Unstoppable Qualities:

• Experience with JIRA, GitHub, or other similar software tools
• Personal standard for excellence: interest in finding better ways to do things
• Insurance industry experience
