** This position is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office. **

In this role you will...

• Coordinate various development tasks and resources to solve complex problems, including database function identification and security authorizations.

• Construct application software code that integrates multiple organizational systems using modern platforms and methodologies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects adhere to technical standards and best practices.

• Identify technical risks during development and testing phases, forming contingency plans as needed.

• Enhance overall quality by communicating effectively with the QA team to improve test coverage.

What you'll bring

• 8-10+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Sophisticated knowledge and hands-on experience with Front End technologies, Angular Framework, Modern JavaScript, and SPA Platforms (5+ years).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of development best practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end SDLC in both waterfall and Agile methodologies, from requirements to deployment.
