As a Technical Lead in our Site Reliability and DevOps division you'll lead a small team of engineers and help build secure, resilient, scalable, and performant systems at Fullscript using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes in the public cloud. You’ll lead and empower your team, plan projects, write code, and make decisions that shape the technical landscape of our organization.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers.
• Plan, design, and deliver projects; actively participating in discussions and decisions.
• Contribute code and grow your technical skills.
• Maintain the technical health of our systems.
• Participate in infrastructure architectural decision-making and implementation.
• Build speedy code delivery pipelines from MacBook to production that are both developer friendly and encourage best practices around testing, security, data migrations, and issue ownership.

What you bring to the table:

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading a team of Engineers.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience working in public clouds at scale. 
• Expertise in containers & container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
• Programming skills (Golang, Ruby, Python).
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure management tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems management.
