Technical Lead (ML/AI) | About You 

As a Technical Lead (ML/AI), you are responsible for acting as a liaison between the developers and the client to drive cutting-edge ML/AI solutions. You have clear communication, understanding, and the ability to guide project vision and goals. You take the initiative to build relationships, learn new business processes, and identify process improvement opportunities with a focus on AI-driven insights.

Technical Lead (ML/AI) | Day-to-Day 

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to develop and enhance Ml/AI solutions. 
• Coordinate with product owners, program managers, and onshore & offshore teams. 
• Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. 
• Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team. 
• Write progress reports and deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholders. 

Technical Lead (ML/AI) | Skills & Experience 

• 10+ years of hands-on technical expertise with exposure to Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning. 
• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies are required. 
• Solid experience with SQL, CI/CD pipeline, GitHub, AWS or Azure, and Python or Power BI is required.
• Experience with Lambda, Redshift, and CloudFormation. 
• Background in managing several projects simultaneously while meeting timely deadlines.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
  
• Healthcare or Pharma experience is a bonus!
