Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Angular Associate Lead / Lead with a proven track record of
developing robust, scalable, and dynamic web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep
expertise in Angular and related technologies, coupled with strong problem-solving, team
collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Mono Repo and NX Tool Expertise: have hands-on experience working with mono repositories, specifically utilizing the NX tool and libraries.
• Application Design Proficiency: The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in application design, demonstrating the ability to develop scalable and maintainable architectures.
• Technical Leadership: Candidates should be capable of leading teams or providing technical guidance, offering strategic insights and mentorship to drive project success.

Angular Framework Expertise• Proficient in Angular (versions 2+ to the latest), including modules, components,
directives, and pipes.• Advanced understanding of dependency injection and hierarchical injectors.• Strong grasp of Angular lifecycle hooks and their use cases.
TypeScript• Mastery of TypeScript, including advanced features like decorators, generics, interfaces,
and types.
RxJS• Expertise in reactive programming with RxJS, including observables, subjects, and
operators (e.g., map, mergeMap, switchMap, debounceTime).• Skilled in handling asynchronous data streams.
State Management• Experience with state management tools like NgRx, Akita, or BehaviorSubject-based
state handling.
Routing• Proficient in Angular Router for building SPAs, lazy loading, route guards, and data
resolution.
Forms• Advanced knowledge of reactive and template-driven forms, including validation
strategies and dynamic form creation.
Web Development Skills• HTML & CSS: Expertise in building responsive and semantic web layouts, with
experience using preprocessors like SCSS/SASS or LESS.• JavaScript & ES6+: Advanced knowledge of modern JavaScript features (async/await,
destructuring, spread/rest operators, etc.).
Development Tools and Practices• Version Control: Proficiency with Git, including branching strategies and pull requests.• Build Tools: Familiarity with Angular CLI, Webpack, and build optimization tools.• Testing: Experience with unit testing (Jasmine/Karma, Jest) and E2E testing (Protractor,
Cypress, or Playwright).• Code Quality: Familiarity with linting tools (ESLint/TSLint) and code review practices
Back-End Integration• Proficient in consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.• Knowledge of WebSockets for real-time communication.• Experience implementing authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
Performance Optimization• Expertise in optimizing Angular applications using lazy loading, AOT compilation, and
tree-shaking.• Knowledge of browser caching strategies, Service Workers, and PWA principles.
Soft Skills• Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex issues and implement solutions effectively.• Team Collaboration: Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprints,
and conducting stand-ups.• Mentoring: Guiding junior developers, conducting code reviews, and knowledge sharing.• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non technical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills• Familiarity with mono-repos (e.g., NX).• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS.• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).• Expertise in creating mobile-first designs and working with CSS frameworks like
Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material Design.• Advanced knowledge of reactive and template-driven forms, including validation
strategies and dynamic form creation
