Technical Marketing Manager

Overview ISSI is seeking aTechnical Marketing Managerto drive the promotion, positioning, and product strategy for ourNOR, NAND, eMMC and UFS Flash memory portfolio. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between sales, customers, product development, and internal stakeholders, and supporting field engagement to accelerate design wins and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as thetechnical subject matter expertfor Flash memory (QSPI/xSPI NOR, SPI NAND, parallel NOR/NAND, eMMC and UFS) • Supportglobal sales and FAE teamswith technical presentations, training, and collateral • Create and maintain technical marketing content, includingdatasheets, product briefs, application notes, and competitive comparisons • Work closely with theR&D and operations teamsto align product features, qualifications, and samples with market requirements • Participate inindustry events, trade shows, and technical forums to represent ISSI’s flash memory leadership • Analyze competitive products and developvalue propositionsto differentiate ISSI’s solutions • Track and reportmarket trends, TAM/SAM forecasts, and segment-specific insights to support strategic planning. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; MBA is a plus • 5+ years of experiencein technical marketing, applications engineering, or product management within the semiconductor industry • Strong knowledge offlash memory technologies, interfaces (SPI, xSPI, ONFI, eMMC, UFS), and embedded applications • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working with customers inautomotive, industrial, and consumer markets • Familiarity with JEDEC standards, memory qualification processes, and competitive landscapes • Excellentpresentation, written communication, and cross-functional collaborationskills • Willingness totravel occasionally(domestic and international) to support customers and attend industry events.
