Technical Marketing Manager β Engineered Filtration Products
This is a temporary, full-time, on-site role with the potential for permanent placement, based on performance and company needs.

Position Summary
The Technical Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Acting as a bridge between sales, engineering, and operations, this role translates technical product features into compelling value propositions, manages digital and print marketing initiatives, and ensures consistent brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and maintain a brand guide for consistent communications.
β’ Create technical collateral, including product catalogs, datasheets, case studies, videos, and digital content, among others.
β’ Manage social media (esp. LinkedIn), website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
β’ Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities.
β’ Align marketing efforts with engineering and sales to position products effectively.
β’ Support product launches, trade advertising, and seasonal promotions.
β’ Track marketing analytics and KPIs; provide reports and recommendations.
β’ Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
β’ Other responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & Competencies
β’ Strong technical foundation in industrial engineered/manufactured products (filtration preferred).
β’ Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
β’ Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop).
β’ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
β’ Strong writing, presentation, and project management skills.
β’ Experience with eCommerce (WordPress/WooCommerce or Shopify).
β’ Graphic design and basic video editing are a plus.
Qualifications
β’ 3β5+ years in marketing, product management, or technical marketing (industrial/manufactured products preferred).
β’ Demonstrated success in creating marketing strategies and materials with measurable results.
β’ Experience collaborating with sales teams and customers in a technical capacity.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Engineering preferred.
