Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers legal experts and designers to prioritize and deliver new AI governance capabilities quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their governance needs translating these into actionable product improvements.
• Assist in defining product roadmaps and timelines to ensure the timely release of key features.
• Participate in the creation of technical and non-technical materials that explain and promote watsonx.governance’s governance capabilities.
• Stay updated on AI governance trends helping the team adapt to evolving regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of new features.”

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Product Management Interest: Strong interest in product management with the ability to work in fast-paced iterative environments.

  Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multiple teams (technical legal design) to deliver product updates quickly.

  Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex topics simply.

  Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of AI/ML technologies and governance challenges. Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

  Adaptability: A proactive and flexible attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a product management role.
