Priceline is looking for a high-energy Technical Program Manager to join our Information Security GRC team. You will have frequent and direct interaction with our Chief Security Officer (CSO) and Security Leads, and play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives to enhance our security controls, ensuring Priceline remains a leader in security practices within Booking Holdings Inc.

In this role, you will get to:

• Collaborate with the CSO and Security Team Leads to support the definition of quarterly goals for the Information Security team.
• Coordinate a structured quarterly planning process, ensuring a disciplined execution timeline.
• Identify dependencies with other Technology and Product teams, and skillfully manage work created for other teams, particularly in development and infrastructure patching, ensuring efficient delivery without overwhelming resources.
• Organize, track, and report on team projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate weekly and monthly status updates to provide regular progress reports to the Chief Security Officer.
• Ensure security considerations are seamlessly integrated into the broader Priceline (and BHI) planning process.
• Manage tasks that arise organically, particularly those originating from Incident Response and Vulnerability Management domains, with discretion and effective resolution.
• Actively participate in TPM meetings, fostering collaboration and ensuring security considerations are well-integrated.
• Act as a subtle filter, ensuring the team is well-informed about new projects and applying the right level of scrutiny (pentests, architecture reviews, etc.) when necessary.
• Support the planning of NIST CSF recommendations and other strategic initiatives to enhance security control maturity.
• Work as a core member of the team, contributing to the overall success of the Information Security program.
• As a member of the Information Security GRC team, you will also help improve our security risk and compliance posture by participating in different GRC initiatives/tasks when needed.

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management.
• You have 3+ years of security architecture, security engineering or product security experience. Security GRC experience is a plus.
• You have relevant experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Excellent communication, organization, and influence skills
• Possess assertiveness and diplomacy, achieving team cohesion and aligning corporate initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to balance conflicting priorities, build best-in-class solutions, and articulate solutions to both business and technical audiences.
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust.
• Unquestionable integrity and ethics.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $110,000- $140,000K USD.

Flexible work at Priceline

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
