We’re looking for a drivenTechnical Project Managerto join our team and help lead the execution of complex engineering initiatives as we scale our rapidly growing organization.
Fabric8Labs is focused on accelerating metal additive manufacturing adoption and enabling new applications with our patented Electrochemical Additive Manufacturing (ECAM) processes. Since closing our Series B funding round, we are expanding aggressively and need talented leaders to help advance and commercialize our disruptive technology.

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional technical projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget goals are met.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to define requirements, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, surfacing and resolving challenges quickly.
• Track and report project progress to leadership, adjusting plans as priorities shift.
• Support resource planning and allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive process improvements to optimize execution and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field—or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of technical project or program management experience, preferably in hardware, advanced manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering and business teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent).
Desirable Skills and Experience
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
• Prior experience in hardware, semiconductor, or additive manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity 3D printing, or other advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Track record of improving processes and scaling program management in high-growth environments.
