The Role We’re looking for aTechnical Project Manager (TPM)to drive the execution of key initiatives acrossAI, blockchain, and decentralized systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, researchers, and product teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Responsibilities • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scopes, milestones, and timelines forAI, Web3, and infrastructureinitiatives. • Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between engineering, research, and product teams to align development efforts. • Agile & Scrum Leadership: Implement agile methodologies, runstand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks and proactively work on solutions to keep projects on track. • Technical Oversight: Understand system architecture, AI models, and blockchain integrations to facilitate effective decision-making. • Stakeholder Communication: Provideregular updates, reports, and documentationfor both technical and non-technical audiences. • Tooling & Automation: LeverageJIRA, Notion, GitHub Projects, or other tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Requirements • 3-5 yearsof experience in technical project management, engineering management, or a related role. • Strong knowledge ofAI, machine learning, blockchain, or Web3 infrastructure. • Experience withagile methodologies, sprint planning, and software development lifecycles. • Technical background with experience inPython, Rust, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript(coding experience is a plus but not required). • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability totranslate complex technical conceptsinto actionable plans and communicate effectively with both engineers and leadership. Bonus Points • Experience working withAI agent frameworks, smart contract development, or decentralized applications (dApps). • Hands-on experience withDevOps, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes. • Contributions toopen-source AI, Web3, or developer tooling projects. • Experience working in afast-paced startup environment.
