As the solo Technical Recruiter reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will be an instrumental component in building SimplyInsured’s technical organization. We are seeking a well-versed full-cycle recruiter who can bring an innovative perspective to sourcing and recruiting. We welcome recruiters looking to grow and leave their impression on recruitment processes, employer branding, and our culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, virtual team interviews, and offer extension through to hire for all technical roles within Engineering and Product
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical roles
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience through sequenced and timely communication and consistent follow-through
- Own relationships with technical hiring managers acting as a consultative partner through kick off meetings, weekly pipeline meetings, and regular communication regarding status updates
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 1 year experience recruiting for technical roles
- Experience working in a high-volume sourcing environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful self-starter who is able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
- Comfortable working in ATS (Greenhouse a plus)
