About this role
We've hired over 100 people over the last year and need to increase our hiring velocity, so get ready for a very fast-paced environment! We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our team that can identify and close on the best talent in the country across engineering, sales, and support roles.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit the highest-caliber engineering and product talent
- Screen resumes, conduct intro interviews, and administer live quantitative assessments
- Manage Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting software tools
- Find new sources of applicants using LinkedIn and other channels to increase candidate pipelineÂ
- Work with C-suite and hiring managers to fine-tune recruiting engine
- Manage relationships with any external recruiting agenciesÂ
What You’ll Need
- Ideally at least 1-2 years of Tech Recruiting experience
- Ability to identify top talent using a logical, systematic approach and without bias
- Perception to recognize 99th percentile achievement, communication skills, and technical abilities
- Logical foundation to understand underlying fundamentals of a process
- Passion for CharterUP's mission and intellectual curiosity about CharterUP's business
- Reliability, consistency, and demonstrated relentless work ethic
- Articulate and concise communication style coupled with great listening skillsÂ
- Ability to elicit trust from candidates through a professional tone and impeccable manners
- Conscientious approach to duties and responsibilitiesÂ
- Extroverted and agreeable personality when dealing with candidates
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top national university or standout corporate experience
Location
We are fully remote until the pandemic subsides. Post pandemic, employees can continue to work remotely full-time or on a hybrid schedule from one of CharterUP's offices in Atlanta, New York City, San Francisco, or Austin (2-3 times a week in the office during spring and fall;Â winter and summer fully-remote).
