Job Description

The candidate will be primarily responsible for Technical Hiring. This will take the majority of the time. Additionally, the candidate will also handle generalist activities, which usually do not take up much time on an average

Requirements for Technical Recruiting

• The candidate MUST be located in Bangalore. (Preferably north Bangalore). Resumes from outside Bangalore will strictly not be considered.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Technical Recruitment at both junior and senior levels.
• Proficiency in communication skills, especially in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in office software such as excel and word.
• Candidate must be aware of current technology trends which is required for resume screening. For example, candidates should be familiar with the terms like "MERN stack", "React", "ETL", "BigQuery", "PubSub", etc.
• Experience in Sourcing and Screening, Candidate Evaluation, Verification and Assessments, ATS (SmartRecruiter) portal proficiency, Relationship Building, Salary coordination, Process improvement, Interview Scheduling, etc.
• Candidate should be self driven, with a high level of commitment, care and attention to detail.

Apart from recruitment, the candidate will also be responsible for generalist activities as described below. Typically, these activities don't take up much time on an average:

• Yearly budget preparation.
• Monthly salary disbursement through automated bulk payments through bank portals.
• Procuring hardware and other infrastructure such laptops and maintaining relationship with vendors.
• Coordinating with company secretary and chartered accountant to maintain legal compliance and auditing.
• Employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Any other work not related to tech.
