What You will be doing at Arrow?

As a Technical Solution Architect - AWS you will be responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to create systems configurations based on customer requirements.

You will create systems configurations based on customer requirements, offer product recommendations and run alternative configurations that may present a better solution to the customer.

You will be responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to resolve design configuration issues and run revisions. You will train sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and how to use them, as well as provide pre-sales product training.

You will keep up to date with new products that are introduced and maintain product certifications.

You will prepare technical presentations and vendor trainings to partners on products and solutions and provide product demonstrations to show how a product meets client needs.

You will educate partners, inside sales, and other technicians on products and solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Technical understanding and experience in AWS technology and the ability to match solutions or identity opportunities to customer business needs
• AWS certifications are a must have
• Fluency in French and English
• Effective communication and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
• Good presentation skills
• Self-motivation with a proactive approach
• Driving license is a nice-to-have
