Responsibilities:

• Test and Ensure 508 compliance for user facing systems such as EDMP, BOE and Tableau.
• Work with Software Vendors (SAP, Informatica, Tableau and OpenText) to coordinate and seek product support.
• Architect and design Business Objects and Tableau disaster recovery (DR) solution.
• Assist staff in developing upgrade strategy and plan for Business Objects, Tableau, JBoss, and Oracle/SQLServer upgrades. Scope of Oracle/SQLServer upgrades is limited to the databases supporting TSS platforms.
• Identify, deploy, and configure appropriate drivers to connect the platforms to source and target systems. Ex: Oracle, GreenPlum, DB2, SQL Server, SharePoint, SAP BW Drivers for Tableau, EIP and BOE.
• Server-Side Scripts for EDMP and Tableau:
• shutdown & startup, archive, platform notifications, purge to streamline platform O&M operations.
• Install, Configure, patch, upgrade and Administer COTS products Production/PreProduction/DR environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in both SAP Business Intelligence and Tableau Server Operations and Management (not Dashboard development; not Report Development).
• Experience in developing and automated distribution of Dashboard and Report development client tools to large number (>400) of users laptops.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Big Data Analytics and Machine Learning technologies such as R, SAS, Tableau; Crypto Currency and Digital Assets.
• Knowledge and experiences in Data Model, Data Architecture, Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) and process pipeline, Performance Tuning, software/applications (Informatica, BOE, Tableau, Documentum, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Active MBI Clearance is highly preferred.
