- Issue Diagnosis and Resolution:
- Diagnose and resolveĀ technicalĀ issues reported by users.
- Provide first and second-line support(247 shift rotation included).
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for complex issues.
- Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with customers to understand their issues.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their tickets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor the health and performance of the OCP Services.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks.
- Implement automated monitoring solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Update the knowledge base with new findings.
- Generate reports on common issues and resolutions.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in cloud infrastructure and Omilia solution.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Ensure that SLOs & SLIs are defined and maintained.
