Position: Technical Support & Operator Instructor
Location: Carlisle
Contract: full time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Technical Support team to support the optimization and installation of John Deere Forestry equipment.

Primary Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Optimisation and installation of John Deere Forestry equipment.
• Supply of technical support and training to customers within the UK.

You will have:

• Capability of demonstrating skillful levels of operation of both harvesting and forwarding equipment and understand factors that improve performance and utilization of the equipment.
• Possess a good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems and have a good understanding of both machinery and office IT systems and software.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Problem solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent time keeping
• Flexible
