Technical Support Rep (Hybrid role)

Stuff You'll Do:

Our Techs help car wash owners and operators utilize our software and hardware to its fullest potential. Answering inbound calls to provide technical assistance over the phone. Key responsibilities include:• Analyze customer problems and complete timely troubleshooting to solve issues over the telephone and e-mail• Assist and train customers in using our products• Research and complete projects based on customer needs

What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications):• Previous customer service experience (Have you worked with customers?)• A problem-solving mindset (Do you like a good puzzle?)• The ability to troubleshoot using logic and analytical thinking (Are you a logical thinker with a gift for keeping things organized?)• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Do you like talking to people?)• A strong sense of urgency (Do you like to get things done and feel a sense of accomplishment?)• Attention to detail (Do you sweat the small stuff and care about getting things right?)• Aptitude for learning new software programs (Do you like to learn new things?)

Our most successful nerds have:• Previous experience handling customer support via phone and/or e-mail• Experience working with computer hardware and software• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware including network setups
