Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Helps Fulfillment Center staff achieve daily company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
• Enforces company policies and guidelines.
• Trains and cross-trains employees/team.
• Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques.
• Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time.
• Engages appropriate resources to get desired production results.
• Work with team on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow.
• Work with Engineer to escalate technical issues.
• Communicates with and assists other departments as needed.
• Evaluates the condition of production equipment.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers.
• Compiles and analyzes production records.
• Ensure focus is placed on critical needs and closed daily.
• Utilizes SAP System to create weekly scrap order and keep inventory up to date.
• Utilizes SOCC system to maintain Lumos support
• Ensure team performs all tasks with excellence and accuracy.
• Ship vendor part request shipment every week.
All other duties as assigned by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team to include Supervisors, Leads, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
• Previous teaching certification a plus
• Flexible work schedule to support both shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:• HS or AA Degree/Trade Certificate preferred.
