We are seeking highly skilled Technical Writers with niche expertise in the telecommunication industry. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.

Create and update online help systems, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and is consistent with company branding and style guidelines.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the latest trends and technologies in the telecommunication sector.

Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity and consistency.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Accept responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of documentation.

Coordinate closely with other members of the writing team to ensure consistency in detail, style, and presentation.

Take responsibility for the documentation part of the user experience.

Anticipate and proactively address challenges individually and for the team.

Write high-quality technical content that effectively communicates complex information precisely, concisely, and without jargon.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with telecommunication knowledge.

Minimum of 3-8 years of experience as a Technical Writer in the telecommunication industry.

Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies, protocols, and standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using XML Author documentation tools such as oXygen, Arbortext, MadCap Flare, or similar.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems (Such as Git, SDL, AEM).

Experience in any of the programming languages and Python or HTML.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under constant and consistent work deadlines, manage time effectively, and provide documentation support across geographical time zones.


Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Experience with API documentation and developer guides.

Knowledge of AI, RAN, Cyber and network security, IOT, Cloud, and other emerging technologies.

Ability to create visual aids such as Visio diagrams, charts, and infographics.
