Job Description

As a Technical Writer, you will be:

• creating user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and marketing collaterals for the assigned projects
• composing technical product descriptions
• ensuring timely delivery of the content to stakeholders
• contributing to the company-wide written style guide
• contributing to the company-wide internal documentation and content: onboarding guides and educational courses
• collaborating with other technical writers and sharing knowledge
• interacting with multiple teams to share the collective knowledge with the public (both external and internal)

Qualifications

Must-have skills:

• excellent knowledge of English with emphasis on written communication
• demonstrated knowledge of technical writing specifics (punctuation, formatting, stylistic correctness, inclusive communication, etc.)
• well-developed soft skills and ability to work in a team
• experience in content management
• ability to quickly learn new products and technologies
• a minimum of three years of experience in the IT industry

Nice-to-have skills:

• three-year experience in a similar position
• proven knowledge of multiple languages
• ability to author with XML and content management systems (strong plus)
• basic knowledge of HTML5 and/or JavaScript (ability to read code, strong plus)
• knowledge of financial markets (strong plus)
• university degree in STEM
