Technology and Innovation - Business Analyst (Digital Adoption Platform)

About the role:

As a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Business Analyst and Developer, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation within our organization. Your role will focus on enhancing user experience by managing the entire lifecycle of DAP solutions—from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing support. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement DAP solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and foster adoption across the organization.

• A skilled business analyst with expertise in gathering requirements, developing user stories, and designing effective solutions.
• A hands-on developer with experience configuring and customizing Digital Adoption Platforms to meet business needs.
• A strong communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
• A problem solver who is committed to continuous improvement and optimization of processes.
• An analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and measure the impact of DAP solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough sessions with stakeholders to identify needs and pain points.
• Write clear, actionable user stories that align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Design innovative, scalable DAP solutions using industry best practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement, driving efficiency with DAP tools.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate project status, and manage expectations.
• Utilize data analytics to track and improve the performance and impact of DAP solutions.
• Configure and customize the DAP platform to meet business needs.
• Develop high-quality, engaging content such as tutorials, walkthroughs, and interactive guides.
• Test and deploy DAP solutions, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems promptly.
