Key Responsibility:

• Accountable for delivery performance of our Technology Delivery Services (e.g. quality, client satisfaction, financial) for selected accounts and projects.
• Provide supervision and guidance to both onshore and offshore teams to achieve the delivery targets.
• Proactively explore and implement new practices and enablement to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Act as Point-of-Contact to clients on delivery matters, and facilitate client relationship building.
• Proactively analyze, identify, prioritize and mitigate delivery risks for overall portfolio and specific delivery project.
• Demonstrate experience and expertise in driving and managing large scale delivery project (for both Solution Delivery and Application Management projects)
• Solid experience working with offshore delivery teams, and knowledgeable about related methodology, tools, collaboration enablement, people management.
