Technology Lead

Infosys is seeking a Senior lead. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• At least 5 years of professional experience within Development and Production Support
• Good problem-solving skills and attitude to learn, grow and work successfully as a team player
• Should have good understanding of support service level agreements and how to adhere to them in day-to-day work.
• Should be able to analyze the root cause of the reported issue
• Manage NERC, SOX and Compliance application.

• 5+ years of experience with application development and support using ASP.NET, C#.NET, MS SQL.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Power Platform
• Experience with CI/CD automation tools - Azure Pipelines
• Experience with Version Control system tools-Git, TFS
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Experience in managing SOX and compliance app is must.
• Experience managing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
