Telephone Customer Service Representative

Duties • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed. • Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism while interacting with customers. • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office systems. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. • Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions. • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable. Requirements • Proven experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred. • Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. • Proficient in using office software and computer systems for data entry and record keeping. • Ability to analyze problems critically and offer effective solutions promptly. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment. • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to accommodate business demands.
