About The Role
Are you a hands-on leader passionate about driving sales performance and coaching teams to success? We are looking for a Telesales Operations Manager to lead our outbound telesales operations in India, selling Accor Plus loyalty subscription program through outbound telesales.
With operations across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Gurugram, this is a hands-on operational leadership role where you will coach managers, execute company strategy, and adapt as needed to ensure sales leaders and teams are engaged, motivated, and exceeding revenue targets. You will report directly to the Vice President, Operations, and play a critical role in the growth of the Accor Plus program across India and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach outbound telesales managers across multiple centres in India.
- Take ownership of the regionâs P&L, ensuring revenue targets are exceeded.
- Provide hands-on support to telesales operations, working closely with teams to drive results.
- Travel across centres in India as needed, typically on a quarterly basis.
About You:
To excel in this role, you must be based in either Hyderabad or Gurgaon, and a proven sales leader with strong experience in outbound telesales operations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where hands-on involvement is key to success.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of outbound telesales leadership experience (essential).
- Proven success managing and coaching telesales teams across multiple locations, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- A hands-on approach to leadership, including developing, coaching, and managing the performance of frontline leaders.
- Flexibility to travel across India regularly.
- Proven experience in change management, with the ability to effectively guide teams through transitions, implement new processes, and adapt strategies to deliver results.
- This role must be based in either Hyderabad or Gurgaon, so our successful candidate must be based in 1 of these 2 citiesÂ
