Territory Account Manager New Markets - Uber Eats, Berlin (m/f/d)

About the Role

Join the Uber Eats New Markets team and help expand our food delivery platform into exciting, untapped territories across Germany. You'll work closely with restaurants to grow our business and unlock growth in newly launched cities.

What You Will Do:

• Drive business performance in your assigned territory, ensuring growth in newly launched markets
• Manage day-to-day communications with restaurant partners-respond to their inquiries with care, resolve support issues, and help them make the most of the tools and resources available
• Develop strategies and playbooks to enable nationwide expansion across Germany
• Solve complex support challenges for top restaurant partners and ensure timely resolution
• Build strong relationships with key partners, identifying ways to grow their delivery business and helping them maximise their revenue, marketing efforts, and satisfaction
• Gain a deep understanding of the restaurant industry to identify opportunities for service improvements (e.g., appealing offers to our Eaters, marketing stunts etc.)
• Act as an ambassador for our mission, brand, and product to restaurant partners

About You:

• You're fluent in German and proficient in English
• You've worked in a customer-facing role and are passionate about building great partnerships with restaurants
• You're action-oriented and quick to connect with restaurant partners to drive results
• You're highly independent and can thrive with minimal supervision
• You're a creative problem-solver who doesn't stop until you find a solution
• You're comfortable working with data, extracting insights, and turning them into actionable plans
• You perform well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines
• You're based in Berlin or willing to relocate here
• Experience in food delivery or the food & beverage industry is a big plus
• You're the kind of person who calls their Grandma on her birthday
