Job Summary
Faber CNK Stone is a leading supplier of premium natural stone products including travertine, marble, and limestone for both residential and commercial applications. We are committed to excellence in product quality, customer service, and industry expertise. Weβre seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Associate to join our team.
As an Outside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, architects, designers, and distributors. Your knowledge of natural stone products will be key in helping clients select the right materials for their projects. This role requires a self-starter with a strong track record in B2B sales within the natural stone industry.
Responsibilities
β’ Develop and grow client relationships through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.
β’ Promote and sell natural stone products (travertine, marble, limestone) to contractors, designers, architects, and retailers.
β’ Conduct presentations and product demos at client locations and trade events.
β’ Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals in a competitive market.
β’ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
β’ Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
β’ Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
β’ Represent the company at industry trade shows, expos, and networking events.
Qualifications
β’ Proven outside sales experience in the natural stone industry.
β’ Strong understanding of travertine, marble, limestone, and other stone types and their applications.
β’ Established network of industry contacts is a major plus.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
β’ Ability to travel within assigned territory.
β’ Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
