The Test Management SME for Cytiva is responsible to achieve our vision on “Zero defect and Zero violation” during our software releases.

This position is part of the Cytiva IT R&D located in JFWTC, Whitefield, Bengaluru and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and expertise in testing methodologies and tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements in testing methodologies and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and manage testing-related risks and issues, providing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Oversee and participate in test execution, including functional, integration, performance, and regression testing, to ensure the reliability and functionality of Engineering and Cloud applications.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test frameworks that empower Engineering and Cloud Applications.
• Create and maintain test scripts which can be incorporated into Test Automation library.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Extensive experience required in Test strategy, Test Plan, Test Estimation, Data Migration Testing & Test Execution.
• Good Proficiency in JAVA programming language, GITHUB & Agile development.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Architect improvements to the current test automation to better align with AI & ML based use models.
• Experience implementing and adapting Unit Testing frameworks such as NUnit, TestNG etc.
• Provide subject matter expertise for Cloud operational models around provisioning, testing, monitoring and deploying to end customers across IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS use models.
