Job Description:

Planning and driving testing activities across all stages and iterations of product, systems and service development
Providing authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test estimating, planning and execution
Identifies, evaluates and manages the adoption of tools, techniques and processes to create a robust framework
Leads integration work in line with the agreed system and service design
Adopting and adapting appropriate testing methods, automated tools and techniques to solve problems in tools and testing approaches.
Measuring and monitoring applications of standards for testing
Defect Management and leading triage sessions
Reviewing and managing the automation code quality developed by the team
Continuous Improvement of testing processes
Stakeholder co-ordination
KPI, Performance Measurement Management
Status reporting
Delivery Risk Management
Manage escalation and resolution of issues and blockers
Identifies improvements and contributes to the development of organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for testing
Deputise for the Senior Test Manager when required
Line Management
Contribution to DDC TCoE
Interviewing and selecting candidates for test roles
Deputise for the Senior Test Manager when required
