A 68-bed acute care hospital in Texas is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for a role blending clinical and surgical responsibilities. Experience a varied case mix, including sports medicine and general orthopedics, with strong referral support and a collaborative team environment.

Practice Setting

• Join a well-established orthopedic team consisting of one orthopedic surgeon, one surgical physician assistant, and a shared clinical nurse practitioner
• Located at a state-of-the-art clinic featuring 15 exam rooms, on-site imaging, and outpatient physical therapy
• Private physician offices included
• Access to ROSA robotic system for knee and hip surgeries

Schedule

• 4.5-day workweek to support a balanced schedule
• Flexible Fridays available
• Low-volume call schedule with a 1:3 rotation

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary of $500,000–$600,000 with total compensation potential of $700,000–$1,000,000 annually
• Signing bonus of up to $75,000
• Up to $100,000 in student loan assistance 
• Relocation assistance of up to $10,000
