Thermoform Machine Operator

Job Title:Thermoform Operator Job Purpose:Assist in the operation and start-up of thermoforming machines, ensuring products meet quality specifications and addressing mechanical issues as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Operate machines and conveyor systems with minimal supervision. • Report mechanical issues and assist in troubleshooting. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including lockout/tagout and PPE. • Follow food safety and GMP standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production line. • Use forklifts to move materials and manage inventory. • Communicate with team members across departments. • Attend required safety and equipment training. Qualifications: • 3+ years of machine operator experience. • Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Previous forklift experience preferred. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift 10-50 lbs, stand, bend, climb, and wear required PPE. • Ability to work in various shifts, including weekends and overtime. Compensation and Benefits: • Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. • Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and more. Shifts: • A, B, C, and D shifts available, with varying schedules. Additional Notes: • Manufacturing operates 24/7, and applicants must be available for rotating shifts.
