Thumbnail Designer- MrBeast Gaming

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual with expertise in Photoshop, Modeling, and compositing in Blender 3D. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of post-processing techniques and a keen eye for composition. If you have a passion for digital art and a proven track record in using the tools mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Ideation: Plan out and sketch future concepts for the Gaming Channel. 
• Create 3D scenes of concepts that will serve as source for the final thumbnail. 
• Post process the generated sources into a final thumbnail in Photoshop. 
• Work along with other departments of MrBeast Gaming when required
  

What makes you a fit:

• Obsessed with YouTube thumbnails and virality. 
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Blender
•  Strong understanding of image processing. 
• Willingness to learn new workflows and grow as well as adapt to new ideas. 
• Willingness to be part of a rapidly growing team. 
• Good understanding of games like Minecraft, GTA e.t.c. is a plus.
