Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill TIG Welder with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets. Job Title: TIG Welder Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour Location: Phoenix, Arizona Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st and 2nd Shifts Responsibilities: • Perform brazing operations to join metal components. • Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. • Assemble components with specialized metals, ensuring high quality and precision. • Maintain a safe and organized work environment. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. • Conduct quality checks to ensure brazing meets industry standards. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing or metalworking environment – stainless steel, aluminum, steel. • Must pass a welding test. • Proficient in welding techniques and processes. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges. • Strong communication skills and precise instruction-following ability. • Must pass a background check and drug screen. • Must be able to read a tape measure.
