About the Team
Evaluation is a very important link in search engines, which can help search engines evaluate the quality and relevance of search results, thereby improving users' search experience. As an independent team in the search product department, our evaluation team provides independent, objective and accurate evaluation viewpoints by formulating and implementing a global evaluation plan, combined with various evaluation and research data, to help the entire product development team continuously understand users' needs and optimize user experience. Daily work of the team covers user research, data analysis, project management and other related areas. If you are interested, we would be delighted to have you join us.

Job Description
- Responsible for TikTok Local Service Search Growth Operation, deeply understanding user needs and search satisfaction, identifying high-quality supply (content, products), and amplifying recommendation strategies or events operations.
- Understand from multiple evaluation dimensions such as the quality, acceptance, and value of related queries such as POI or products, abstract various experience problems from the user's perspective and output effective solutions; support recommendation strategies to distribute high-quality local service supply.
- Have both perspectives of Supply end and Consumer end, integrate high-quality supply (good business, good products) from the user's perspective and amplify through events or holiday operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of Internet operation experience, and knowledge of the life service industry;
3. Have strong project management skills and excellent communication and expression skills, and focus on process and results;

Preferred Qualification:
1. Be able to clearly abstract and define problems and seek multiple solutions
