About the team
The role aims to drive and lead and grow the TikTok Shop Category team.

In this role, you will formulate budget plans, transform goals into executable plans. Responsible in acquiring, managing the sellers.

Responsibilities
- Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share
- Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
- Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
- Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
- Manage mid-and-long tail merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools
- Able to deliver category or sub-category growth plan with solid action plan
- Able to lead and grow people

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years experience in ecommerce;
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skills.
- Good analysis skills and able to set up an action plan based on data and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in Home Appliances Category
- Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
