About The Team:
Our team is dedicated to driving the success and visibility of retail brands. We are a collaborative and innovative team that thrives on delivering impactful strategies to our partners. As a Brand Growth, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and performance of Retail Brands on Shop | Tokopedia and Tokopedia. Your primary focus will be on creating strategic business plans, providing insights, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of brand strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans to support retail brands in maintaining and enhancing their performance on Shop | Tokopedia and Tokopedia platforms.
- Provide actionable suggestions and insights to brands on content, promotions, and marketing strategies to optimize sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Marketing, Store Operations to align brand strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver performance review reports for Retail Accounts, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to optimize strategies.
Additional Responsibilites:
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform brand growth strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with brands, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic discussions and initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in brand growth strategies and execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years experience of relevant experience in large e-commerce platforms or enabler with Retail experience.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape.
- Experience in creating and executing strategic business plans to achieve measurable results.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
