Tile Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and restoration, with expertise in various installation techniques. This role involves working on-site to install flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and other components according to project specifications. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and timelines. Duties • Perform flooring installation, including tile laying and basic carpentry tasks • Execute cabinet installation and fixture installation with precision. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project requirements. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.. • Apply caulking and perform trim carpentry to enhance finished projects. • Collaborate with team members on construction site activities while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. • Ensure all installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress. Experience • Proven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on flooring installation, cabinet installation, and restoration work. • Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. • Hands-on experience with carpentry, concrete finishing, construction painting, and buffing techniques. • Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable. • Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
