Tile Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and restoration, with experience in flooring installation, tile laying, and various maintenance person tasks. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with hand and power tools. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship on various projects while adhering to safety standards. Duties • Perform flooring installation, including tile laying and floor care. • Conduct construction tasks such as carpentry, remodeling, and caulking. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various projects. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients on-site. Requirements • Proven experience in construction or the restoration industry is preferred. • Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. • Strong skills in flooring installation, tile laying, trim carpentry, and concrete finishing. • Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Knowledge of buffing techniques for floor care is beneficial. • Experience reading blueprints and schematics is essential. • A background in maintenance person services or general construction site experience is desirable. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
