Tile Laborer

Job Summary Advance is seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. This role involves performing various tasks on construction sites, including assisting with installations, building structures, and operating heavy equipment. A focus on safety and teamwork is essential as you contribute to the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities • Assist in the installation of glass, drywall, and other materials as required. • Support construction activities including building roofs, plumbing, plastering, and stucco work. • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. • Participate in construction estimating processes when necessary. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on site. Experience • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with glass installation, drywall work, roofing, plumbing, plastering, stucco application, or heavy equipment operation is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
