Tile Roofer (with Experience)

Overview We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and materials, with a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on residential and commercial roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Roofer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs while collaborating with other construction professionals on-site. Responsibilities • Install and repair tile roofing systems in residential and commercial settings • Inspect roofs to determine the best repair solutions • Replace broken or damaged tiles • Work at heights and follow all OSHA safety guidelines • Maintain a clean and organized job site • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Skills • Proficient in various roofing techniques and materials. • Strong skills in masonry work related to roofing applications. • Experience with tile laying for both aesthetic and functional purposes. • Ability to fabricate custom roofing components as needed. • Competence in welding for metal roof installations or repairs. • Excellent blueprint reading skills for accurate project execution. • Knowledge of caulking methods for effective sealing of roofs. • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
