We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Agency Compliance Team.  The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our organization by serving as the first point of contact for customer requests relating to title insurance related documents and consumer complaints. This role will involve information gathering and working with our various business departments for quick resolution.  This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for real estate, title insurance and ability to improve the customer experience to contribute to our organization’s success.
- Assist with management of title agent confidential information, and ensures compliance with corporate and federal guidelines
- Continuous monitoring of company shared email accounts, including communicating and resolving customer complaints to ensure timely resolution, including consulting with Claims Counsel to determine corrective actions to resolve curative matters.
- Responsibilities include curing policy errors and preparing policies and endorsements for terminated agents.
- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable company procedures and be able to communicate this knowledge to requestors and internal business groups.
- Assists with updating and maintaining our company underwriting title policy database
- Provide support to multiple departments by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and state regulations.Â
- Requests, collects and maintains regulatory information, including, but not limited to business insurance and bonds issued agent licenses and attorney State bar licenses.
- Appropriately update and track agency records thru company CRM, Salesforce
Level of Education (Minimum): High School Diploma or GED
Years of Experience (Minimum):Â Â Â Â Â 2 - 4 years of experience
Type of Related Work Experience (Minimum): 2-4 years of experience
Certification(s) (Minimum): N/A
- Five plus years of experience in the title insurance industry preferred
- Experience preferred in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in a production environment with ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume work environment
- Familiar with multi-state title insurance industry documentation, title reports, commitments, final policies and endorsements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
