Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Tooling Machinist located in Buffalo Grove IL.

* 2nd shift from 2 pm till 10.30 pm Monday - Friday

What a typical day looks like:

• Comply with ISO 9001 standards.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the EDM department.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance on the machines in the department.
• Set up and operate Wire and Sinker Machines. It would be great if you are aware of GF machine and AGIE machine.
• Plan for optimum productivity.
• Work with Engineering to ensure the mold prints are "As Built".
• Maintain the tooling assigned to the department.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs Tool and Equipment
• Identify nonconforming product and notify Supervisor of any potential problems.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 3-5 years of experience in Wire EDM.
• Experience with CNC Machine
• Ability to operate more than one machine at a time
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• General tooling background.
• Common hand tools and inspection gage knowledge.
• Able to operate more than one machine at a time.

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois)

$29.40 USD - $40.42 USD Hourly
