To handle store, store tools at its allotted location and issue tools as and when required at site.

To keep track of all tools of various sites.

To keep inventory record. To ensure safe keeping both as to quality & quantity of tools.

Maintain Calibration records of Installation tools, Commissioning equipment & HV test sets.

Hitachi Energy, Maneja factory store to site Invoice, RDN & commercial document preparation and Loading, Unloading with collection of payment.

To initiate purchase requisition for the replacement of stock of all regular consumables items.

To check the tools with actual physical stock at each receiving & dispatching time of tools.
